Together, carrying their respective confusions, expectations, and unspoken emotions about life and work, they jointly plan a special “fireworks creativity event.” As they pursue their goal, specially crafted fireworks soar into the sky—unfolding not only dazzling colors but also illuminating the inner lights within each other’s hearts.

The story explores the culture of fireworks from the perspectives of three generations, offering a profound interpretation of the significance fireworks hold for Chinese people and Chinese culture. It weaves together themes of family love, friendship, and cultural heritage, and groundbreakingly introduces the high-concept characters of firework sprites—“Dongdong” and “Xinxin”—to create a fantastical world where fireworks are imbued with spirit and warmly guard the human realm.
