Notice on Soliciting Original Corporate Songs of Dongxin Fireworks

2. Event Time

Selection Period: Mid-December 2025

Results Announcement: Late December 2025

3. Participants

This event is open to the public; individuals or groups may participate.

4. Work Requirements

1. Clear Theme. Works must be created based on the overview of Dongxin Fireworks Group Co., Ltd. (Attachment 1), fully reflecting Dongxin Fireworks' corporate culture, development history, and fireworks art characteristics, showcasing the corporate spirit and style. The work should have strong ideological, artistic, and communicative qualities, with lyrics full of positive energy, beautiful and melodious melodies, a contemporary feel, and strong appeal.

2. Original Creations. Submitted works must be original songs that have not been published on any platform or won awards in other competitions. Plagiarism or copying others' works is strictly prohibited.

3. No Style Restrictions. The genre and style of the works are not limited; diversity and fusion are encouraged, and innovation is welcomed.

5. Awards

First Prize: 1 winner, prize of 60,000 yuan, certificate awarded;

Second Prize: 1 winner, prize of 20,000 yuan, certificate awarded;

Third Prize: 1 winner, prize of 10,000 yuan, certificate awarded;

Excellence Award: 10 winners, prize of 2,000 yuan per song, certificate awarded.

(All prizes are pre-tax amounts; individual income tax is the responsibility of the winners)

6. Submission Materials and Methods

(1) Submission Materials

1. Collection Registration Form (Attachment 2), Word format;

2. Copyright Commitment Letter (Attachment 3), both lyricist and composer must hand-sign, and submit an electronic scanned copy of the signed letter;

3. Lyrics document, Word format;

4. Complete score (including lyrics and music), either numbered musical notation or staff notation, PDF format;

5. Recorded audio of the work, MP3 or WAV format.

(2) Submission Method

Applicants must send the submission materials to the designated email 402640605＠qq.com (Contact: Ms. Tao 15084755633) before November 30, 2025. All materials should be organized in the order listed above into a file package. The email subject format should be "Song Collection + Work Name + Submitter's Name + Contact Number." Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

7. Special Notes

1. Authors must ensure the originality of their works and hold complete copyright. If infringement of third-party legal rights is found, the entry will be disqualified, and the author will bear all legal responsibilities.

2. Once submitted, works are considered authorized for the organizer to promote and publicize, including but not limited to event promotion and compilation display.

3. The copyright of winning works belongs to the organizer, while authors retain the right to be credited. The organizer has the right to modify, publish, record, and perform the winning works. Authors should cooperate with any requested modifications. Authors must not obstruct the normal use of the winning works by the organizer in any way.

4. All submitted works will not be returned; authors should keep their own copies.

5. Each lyricist/composer or group may submit only one work.
